What to Expect at Golden Years
At Golden Years, our goal is to help you stay strong, balanced, and confident in your daily life. Every session is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re coming for a 1:1 training session, a group class, or a wellness assessment.
When you arrive, we’ll start with a brief wellness conversation to understand your goals, daily activities, and any movement concerns. From there, you’ll complete a non-medical assessment of your mobility, balance, strength, and endurance. This helps us tailor your program to your needs and ensure every exercise is safe and effective.
During your sessions, you can expect:

Functional focus — movements are practical, helping you feel confident performing everyday tasks.
Supportive environment — whether in a group class or one-on-one session, you’ll receive encouragement and guidance at every step.
For group classes, sessions are held at a set time each week and are limited in size to ensure everyone receives support. 1:1 sessions and assessments are flexible and can be scheduled around your availability. Couples or partner sessions can also be arranged by contacting us directly.
