Group Classes

Investment: $20 per client, per class

Small group classes are designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence in your daily movements. Each class focuses on functional fitness, endurance, and practical exercises that make everyday tasks easier and safer.

Classes are limited in size to ensure everyone receives personal attention and guidance. You’ll work at a pace that’s comfortable for you, with modifications provided as needed. The supportive group environment also makes classes fun and motivating — perfect for staying accountable and engaged.

Group classes are held once per week, and you can sign up online through our booking page. Whether you’re looking to maintain your independence, improve mobility, or simply enjoy a safe and effective workout, our classes are a great way to stay strong and active.

PLEASE NOTE: Participation in group classes requires completion of an Initial Wellness Assessment ($50) beforehand. This allows us to ensure each participant can safely engage in class activities and receive the greatest benefit from the program.
