Golden Hour at Golden Years is a ladies-only fitness class for women of all ages & all fitness levels. All components of class are modifiable/scalable to suit your individual abilities. The primary goal of a Golden Hour class is for women to receive a total-body workout with an emphasis on weight-lifting & cardio, all while having fun!

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

  • 1-hour classes from warm-up to cool-down

  • circuit-style format with free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc.), rowing, & running OR walking on a treadmill

  • small groups of 2-5 ladies per class

  • judgement-free, supportive environment

  • workouts programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
