About Golden Years

Golden Years Longevity & Fall Prevention Studio is a boutique wellness studio dedicated to healthy aging, fall prevention, and longevity-focused movement for older adults.

Our mission is to help individuals stay strong, steady, confident, and independent as they age — before injury or decline occurs.

Meet the Founder

Golden Years was founded by Sydney Duncan, Doctor of Physical Therapy, who has spent years working almost exclusively with the geriatric population. Through her clinical experience, she saw firsthand how often older adults seek help only after a fall or hospitalization, when proactive training could have made a meaningful difference.

While Sydney is a licensed physical therapist, Golden Years is intentionally designed as a non-medical wellness studio, not a physical therapy clinic. This allows clients to receive evidence-informed movement training in a calm, supportive environment that feels more like personal training for longevity than traditional healthcare.

Outside of the studio, Sydney is a wife and mother who values family, faith, and intentional living. She loves to travel, appreciates beautiful, classic spaces, and believes that staying active is what allows people to fully enjoy the moments that matter most — at every stage of life.
