Strong & Steady is a structured, small-group training program designed for older adults who want to improve balance, strength, and confidence with movement in a safe, supportive environment.
This program focuses on the skills most important for independence — standing, walking, balance, and everyday mobility. Sessions are intentionally small to allow for close supervision, individualized modifications, and personal attention.
Strong & Steady is not physical therapy and not a traditional gym class. It is a proactive, longevity-focused training program led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, created to help reduce fall risk and support healthy aging.
